The Chairman of the Lagos Branch of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP), Tunji Shelle was sacked on Monday, May 11, 2015, by the party’s Executive Committee.

Shelle was sacked on Monday, May 11, 2015, by the party’s Executive Committee.
An acting Chairman, Owolabi Olounje has been appointed to replace the ousted one.
Shelle was reportedly sacked after being found guilty of unspecified allegations levelled against him.
