Voter turnout has been massive in the Ekiti election. Election observers here say voter turnout on average across Ekiti is over the 70 percent mark.

But let's be honest, the two major political parties (PDP, APC) have been inducing voters with cash.

Some voters received N4,000 credit alerts from the Fayose camp last night. The APC has topped it up with N5,000 credit alerts.

For the APC, the money is transferred or handed to you in cash, once you show proof that you voted for Fayemi, according to our correspondents on the ground in Ekiti.

Bags of rice have also been spotted, stockpiled for disbursement.

You have to say for Ekiti, stomach infrastructure is still a thing.

Stay with us as the results continue to roll in.
