Former militant, Mujahid Dokubo-Asari has said that the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Muhammadu Buhari should not be contesting elections.

Asari Dokubo said further that Buhari should instead be in prison because he is the face of deceit.

The leader of the Niger Delta People Salvation Front (NDPSF) stated this on Thursday, March 26, during a solidarity rally in support of President Goodluck Jonathan.

“He is a spent force with a stale mind incapable of leading a multi complex Nigerian State,” Asari Dokubo said adding that Buhari must never be allowed to take power.

“Muhammadu Buhari ought to be in jail and not allowed the luxury of contesting an election with sane people. He is the face of deceit,” he added.

The former militant called on his supporters to vote Jonathan into office and kick out Buhari who he called a “chief promoter of Boko Haram terrorism.”

Asari Dokubo also warned that it would be gun for gun and bomb for bomb if Buhari and his supporters decided to challenge Jonathan’s victory.
