He made the comments during an interview on Channels TV.
“Like I said, I will not support anything that has to do with Ali Modu Sheriff,” Wike said.
“I know that he does not mean well for the party. We see that he’s a mole in the party,” he added when asked why he would not support Sheriff.
Wike also said that pushing for Sheriff to become chairman in 2016 was one of the worst political decisions he’s ever made.
The Court of Appeal in Port Harcourt, on Friday, February 17, ruled that Sheriff was the lawful occupant of the office.
However, the Ahmed Makarfi faction of the party has said that it will challenge the decision at the Supreme Court.
The PDP has been split into two factions since May 2016 when some members attempted to remove Sheriff from the position of Chairman.
