Oyo and Yobe States declared a two-day public holiday, Thursday, February 5 and Friday, 6, to allow residents collect their PVCs.

Lagos State has declared Friday, February 6, a work-free day to enable public workers collect their Permanent Voters Cards (PVC).

Oyo and Yobe States declared a two-day public holiday, Thursday, February 5 and Friday, 6, to allow residents collect their PVCs.

Other states who have declared holidays for PVC collection include Niger, Imo and Edo.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has extended the deadline for collection to Sunday, February 8.
