Buhari visits Atiku [PHOTOS]

Buhari paid a visit to Atiku on Sunday, December 14, in what has been termed a secret meeting after the duo discussed behind closed doors.

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Muhammadu Buhari has paid a visit to his previous opponent, ex-Vice-President Atiku Abubakar at the latter’s Abuja home.

However, a source close to Atiku reportedly stated that “the APC presidential candidate came to seek the support and collaboration of Atiku in line with the former VP’s pledge to work for the success of the APC in the general elections”.

“It is also possible that they may have discussed the choice of Buhari’s VP consideration ahead of the meeting by the party tomorrow on the subject in Abuja,” the source added.

Buhari beat Atiku to the APC’s presidential ticket after the party’s primary elections which held in Lagos from December 10-11.
