"We call on the Federal Government to commence the process of probe and recovery of federal government houses"

President Muhammadu Buhari has been called on by the Movement for the Restoration and Defence of Democracy (MRDD) to probe federal government houses.

President Muhammadu Buhari has been called on by the Movement for the Restoration and Defence of Democracy (MRDD) to investigate federal government houses sold during the administrations of former Presidents, Olusegun Obasanjo and Goodluck Jonathan.

Danjuma Muhammed, the National Chairman of MRDD, said this and more in a public statement.

“As part of our party’s effort and commitment to support the on-going war against corruption in the country, we call on the Federal Government under the leadership of President , to commence the process of probe and recovery of federal government houses that were sold with impunity to some members of and administrations."

MRDD has also asked for an investigation into allegations of crooked allocation of lands to the former First Lady, Mrs. Patience Jonathan and other senior members of the immediate past administration.
