'He is forcing me to have sex', Pregnant lady seeks protection from court over insatiable husband

An unhappy housewife has approached court seeking protection from her husband who she claims sexually abuse her despite the fact that she is pregnant.

She told the court that she ends up crying each time her husband forces her to have sex

According to H-metro, the lady, identified as Tsitsi Kaduwa, told Harare civil court that her husband is relentless in sexually abusing her despite the fact that she is not always in the mood due to back pain.

She told the court that, "I live in fear that every day my husband will force me into having sex with him which is painful.

"He is very aggressive and whenever I tell him that I am not feeling well, he insists that he wants sex and I end up forcing myself into sex which increases the pain."

She added that whenever the husband forces her to have sex with him, she ends up crying. A scenario her neighbours can testify to.

Reacting to her claim, the husband, Hamandishe Kaduwa, said he could not leave without sex and also he does not want to cheat on his wife.

"I am a human being with feelings so how can I spend nine months without sex. I only forced her once not every day. We have a marriage certificate, I can't cheat on her and she should be able to satisfy me any time," he told the court.

The magistrate, Noah Gwatidzo, in his ruling, ordered the husband to stop forcefully having sexual intercourse with his wife.
