Man, 25, charged with trafficking 4kg of hemp
A Federal High Court in Lagos has fixed March 26, for arraignment of a 25-year-old man, Biola Dele, charged with trafficking in four kilogrammes of cannabis sativa also known as hemp.

According to the Prosecutor, Mr Jeremiah Aernan, the defendant committed the offence on Dec. 4, 2018, at a place called Marssy on Lagos Island.
Aernan alleged that Dele engaged in the sale of the substance in contravention of Section 11(c) of the NDLEA Act, Cap N30, Laws of the Federation, 2004.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the defendant will be arraigned before Justice Maureen Onyetenu.
