The defendant will be arraigned before Justice Maureen Onyetenu on March 25, on two counts of drug trafficking.

In count one, the teenager was accused of dealing in 9.1g of Heroine, which offence he was alleged to have committed on Dec. 4, 2018, at a place called Marssy in Lagos Island.

In count two, he was again alleged to have dealt in 1g of Cocaine, which offence he committed on the same date and place.

According to the prosecutor, Mr Jeremiah Aernan, drug trafficking contravenes the provisions of sections 11(c) of the NDLEA Act, Cap N30, Laws of the Federation, 2004.
