PDP denies sponsoring petition

The PDP in Kwara state have come out to officially refute allegations that they are behind Mrs. Saraki's ordeal.

The last is yet to be heard about Toyin Saraki’s ordeal with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), and those allegedly behind it.

The Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) and All Progressives Congress (APC) have been pointing accusing fingers back and forth.

According to the party's Publicity Secretary, Mr. Kola Olawoye, who allegedly signed the petition, the signature was forged.

He also said that the PDP in Kwara state had no hand in the petition against the former first lady of Kwara state.
