3 Officials that allegedly connived with Sen. President’s wife

Despite the perceived pressure, the EFCC went ahead to interrogate her on Tuesday,28th July, 2015.

Mrs Toyin Saraki

Mrs. Toyin Saraki is still in the eye of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) storm, and it doesn’t look like it is calming down anytime soon.

Though, according to sources, the anti-graft agency is facing pressure to stop the investigation.

The petition against her stated that she connived with some Kwara state officials, when her husband was the Governor of the state, between 2003 and 2011 to defraud the state of billions of naira.
