Tompolo Ex-militant leader’s father laid to rest in Warri [Photos]

High chief Thomas Osen Ekpemupolo died on Wednesday, September 7, 2016, at a hospital in Warri, Delta state.

The father of ex-militant leader, Government Ekpemupolo alias Tompolo, was laid to rest on Friday, September 23, 2016.

Tompolo’s father, the Tunteriwei of Gbaramatu Kingdom, High chief Thomas Osen Ekpemupolo, sustained injuries when military men raided Gbaramatu kingdom on May 28, 2016, in search of the Niger Delta Avengers.

Also, his lower limb had to be amputated in July 2016, because of the way they handled him during the raid.

Men suspected to be members of the Joint Task Force in Delta state, allegedly invaded Tompolo’s father’s house on Monday, May 30, 2016.

Tompolo has also alleged that the Federal Government is planning to arrest former president, Goodluck Jonathan.
