E-Bayelsa Governor Timipre Sylva

Chief Timipre Silva, chieftain of All Progressives Congress and former Governor of Bayelsa State, made the call in a statement by Ms. Stella Inametti, Head of Media and Communications, Presidential Amnesty Programme, in Abuja on Thursday.

Inametti quoted  Silva as having said this when he  paid a courtesy visit to the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, retired Brig.-Gen.Paul Boroh.
