A video of Lagosians scooping fuel from a tanker has surfaced oncaught the internet.

The incident happened on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, as the tanker developed fault in the Mile 2 area of Lagos.
As reported on social media, some touts in the area hit the tanker with an iron, making an easy way for the residents to scoop fuel from it.
