Zimbabwean official calls Nigerian journalists 'Boko Haram' over attack on President [VIDEO]

Zimbabwe's Minister of Information, Jonathan Moyo also accused the reporters of being “political activists masquerading as journalists.”

Zimbabwe's Minister of Information, Jonathan Moyo has accused a group of journalists attached to online platform, Sahara Reporters of practising ‘Boko Haram journalism.’

Moyo also accused the reporters of being “political activists masquerading as journalists.”

The minister made the comments in reaction to a video interview carried out by the SR crew during which they heckled President Robert Mugabe.

The interview took place on Friday, May 29, during President Muhammadu Buhari’s inauguration and the journalists asked Mugabe when he would step aside to give his country a chance at true democracy.
