According to investigations conducted by Pulse, in line of duty as a real estate magnate, Ogunwusi had been involved in remarkable partnerships with dignified Royal Fathers in some of his Real Estate developments.
On the Development of LakeView Park 2, Lafiaji, Off Orchid Hotel Road, Lekki – Epe Expressway), he was directly in talks and business with HRM, Oba Saheed Elegushi, Kusenla III, Elegushi of Ikate Land, Lagos.
The late HRM, The Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuade, also enjoyed a business deal with Ogunwusi during the development of Northpointe Estate, Chevron Drive, Lekki, Lagos.
As if that isn't enough, Ogunwusi further cemented his royal call with HRM, Oba Oyekan, Onilado, of Ilado Inagbe Island, Lagos on the Development of Inagbe Grand Resorts and Leisure, Lagos; HRM, Oba Adedapo Tejuoso and The Oranmiyan Osile Oke Ona of Egba Land, Abeokuta on development of The Lord’s Estate, Buckswood College Abeokuta).

Top of his family members, who have consistently testified to Ogunwusi's love for family bond are his three sisters, Folashade Ogunwusi Fadairo, Adesola Ogunwusi Olojede and Bimpe Ogunwusi Daodu.
