The newly announced Ooni of Ife, is a man who has not only achieved so much for himself in his entire four decades on earth but has also had special and unknown ties with top monarchs all around the Yoruba race.

According to investigations conducted by Pulse, in line of duty as a real estate magnate, Ogunwusi had been involved in remarkable partnerships with dignified Royal Fathers in some of his Real Estate developments.

On the Development of LakeView Park 2, Lafiaji, Off Orchid Hotel Road, Lekki – Epe Expressway), he was directly in talks and business with HRM, Oba Saheed Elegushi, Kusenla III, Elegushi of Ikate Land, Lagos.

The late HRM, The Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuade, also enjoyed a business deal with Ogunwusi during the development of Northpointe Estate, Chevron Drive, Lekki, Lagos.

As if that isn't enough, Ogunwusi further cemented his royal call with HRM, Oba Oyekan, Onilado, of Ilado Inagbe Island, Lagos on the Development of Inagbe Grand Resorts and Leisure, Lagos; HRM, Oba Adedapo Tejuoso and The Oranmiyan Osile Oke Ona of Egba Land, Abeokuta on development of The Lord’s Estate, Buckswood College Abeokuta).

Other monarchs, whose Ogunwusi's brilliance had touched their kingdoms include HRM, Oba Oloruntoyin Saliu, the Oloworo of Oworonsoki, Lagos as partners in the proposed Oworonsoki Redevelopment Scheme, Lagos; HRM Oba Akinloye, Ojomu of Ajiran Land, Lekki and the Olofa of Offa, HRM Oba Mufutau Muhammed Gbadamosi in partnership during the rice and sugar merchandising for Dangote Group.
