Osinbajo, Mimiko, others attend monarch’s funeral service [PHOTOS]

The interdenominational service took place at Enuwa Square in front of the late monarch’s palace.

 

Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo and Ondo State Governor, Olusegun Mimiko were among dignitaries present at the funeral service of the late Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade which held in Ile Ife today, August 14, 2015.

The interdenominational service took place at Enuwa Square in front of the late monarch’s palace.

The sermon was delivered by the Bishop of the Ife Diocese of the Anglican Communion, Rt. Rev. Oluranti Odubogun.

The Ooni passed away on July 28 in the United Kingdom but his death was officially announced on August 12.
