Ex-spokesman for the Peoples Democratic Party, Olisa Metuh might have suffered another setback in his hope of winning the alleged N400m money laundering case against him.

According to fresh reports, one of Metuh's sureties, Dr Olugbumi Usim-Wilson, has filed an application to withdraw his decision.

Usim-Wilson’s made this known at the resumed trial at the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday, October 17, 2016 before Justice Okon Abang.

Usim-Wilson prayed the court to remove her name from the list of people standing as sureties to Metuh.
