The free healthcare programme was at the expense of the ministry and it would cover treatments of all kinds.

Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Pastor Uguru Usani Uguru

The Minister, Pastor Usani Uguru Usani told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja on Sunday that the ministry was collaborating with the Association of Nigerian Neurosurgeons.

The minister said that the people in the remote and catchment areas would not be left out, adding that arrangement had been made to ensure the success of the programme.

“It is the responsibility of the ministry to bring qualitative health services to the doorstep of the people in the mandated areas.
