Air Force warns against fake Facebook account

It said a fake Facebook account in the Air Force name is fake, noting that NAF does not have any Facebook account.

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF), has said the Facebook group account, credited to the air force is fake.

It said the intent was nothing but to defraud unsuspecting members of the public especially now that online recruitment is ongoing in NAF.

This information is contained in a statement issued in Abuja on Wednesday, May 20, by the Director of Air Force Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Dele Alonge.

"It is therefore imperative to state in clear terms that NAF neither owns this nor any other facebook account.

"The public is hereby advised not to have any dealing with the facebook accounts linked to NAF," the statement said.
