The accused who lives at Ajebambo Camp via Oniparaga, Araromi-Obu in the Akure-South Local Government, is facing a one-count charge of murder.

The prosecutor, ASP Isah Atanegbe, told the court that the accused macheted Mrs Oyeniyi to death with a cutlass by inflicting injuries all over her body.

According to the prosecutor, the action of the accused resulted to the sudden death of the victim.
