The prosecutor, Judith Obatomi, told the court that the accused, who resided in Gwako village, Gwagwalada, Abuja, was facing a two-count charge of forgery and cheating.

Obatomi said that one Jimoh Oladunjuye of new Nyanya, Nassarawa state, reported the case at Utako Police Station on Oct. 10, 2015.
