Ganduje declares assets ahead of inauguration for second term — CCB

All outgoing, elected and appointed political office holders have been reminded by the Code of Conduct Bureau in Kano State, to declare their assets in line with the provision of the law or face the wrath of the law.

According to him, the Bureau would not delay to take every necessary actions against any Public Officer who violated the order.

Saulawa revealed that the state governor, Dr Abdullahi Ganduje, has already declared his assets for the end of his first tenure and the beginning of his new tenure respectively.

This is to inform the general public that the Executive Governor of Kano state, Dr Abdullahi Ganduje, ahead of his inauguration on May 29, 2019, declared his assets.

“The declaration is for the end of his first tenure in office and the beginning of his new tenure for the second term respectively, “ he said.

The governor’s declaration of his assets was in accordance with the provision of the law as enshrined in the 1999 constitution as amended.
