Nigerians criticize El-Rufai’s son for calling Ekiti governor a vagabond

The son of Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai has come under criticism after he described Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose as a vagabond.

Bashir El-Rufai made the comment on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, after a Twitter user criticized Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola.

“Oh and what about that vagabond Fayose. Who murderers chant his name. It's Rauf you mention,” the younger El-Rufai tweeted.

When questioned on his choice of words during the holy month of Ramadan, he said:

“I am fasting. The more reason I am saying the truth. He is a vagabond.”
