According to reports, a protest broke out outside the office of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Edo State.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) also rejected the results of the governorship election.
According to Vanguard, security personnel have been deployed to the INEC office in Edo. Others were also stationed at the Edo state Government House. The security team also barricaded various vulnerable points around the Government House.
