While in London, he stayed at an apartment in the Knightsbridge area of the city, but sent his aides back to Nigeria, SaharaReporters claim.

The news platform also reported that the President rested in his apartment following meetings with his doctors for over two days.

However, the President's spokesman, Femi Adesina, has since dismissed the reports that Buhari is sick, noting that he took the break just to rest, having worked for eight months non-stop.

Report also said Buhari may resume his foreign tour on February 24 - with plans to visit Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
