Terrorist sect, Boko Haram has released a new video but there is no sign of its usually present and boisterous leader, Abubakar Shekau.
Terrorists release new video, Shekau missing
The eight-minute video was released on Monday, August 3, 2015, and features an unidentified young man who refers to the sect as the “Islamic State in West Africa.”

“We are still present everywhere we had been before,” the young man said according to AFP.
The clip reportedly shows the insurgents attacking a security checkpoint, seizing weapons, and slitting the throat of a man dressed in a police uniform.
Shekau had also been absent from a video released in June and has not been heard from since Boko Haram announced its allegiance with the Islamic State group in March 2015.
