The demand was made on Tuesday, July 28, 2015, by member Manasseh Allen during the group’s daily sit-out in Abuja.
He said:
“We have been asking questions on members of Boko Haram sect that were arrested. Have they been prosecuted? Where are they? Without sincerity, we cannot achieve anything.”
“Many were caught and we don’t know there whereabouts. With no sincerity in prosecution of the insurgents, we can’t record any success.”
“Another thing we need the government to do is to make the identities of the members of the Boko Haram sect public.”
“We know they are not faceless. We need to know who they are, their families and other things. We need to know who have been our enemies for long now.”
The Presidency recently revealed that it had been approached by a faction of the sect for peace negotiations.
