The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has destroyed some solar panels which were supposedly being used by Boko Haram to generate electricity.

The panels were destroyed during an ongoing air operation against the sect in Sambisa Forest, a notorious terrorist stronghold.

This was disclosed on Wednesday, September 2, 2015, by NAF spokesperson, Dele Alonge.
“The most recent success was the attack on BHT [Boko Haram Terrorists] targets in Ngoshe and Pulka by the Alpha Jets providing Close Air Support to own ground forces,” Alonge said.

The Army also recently recovered major Borno town, Gamboru Ngala from the terrorists.
