Mazila’s NGO, Adamawa Youth Empowerment Forum, a Non Governmental organization is focusing on alleviating the suffering of IDPs in the state.
"Life as an IDP is not easy. When I left Michika as a result of Boko Haram attacks life was hell on earth until when God rescue me by given be a hand work that I am currently doing. When I started making profit, the first thing that came into my mine was how to help fellow brothers and sisters who have equally gone back to their towns and villages to start life afresh,” Mazila said.
He called on well meaning Nigerians to support the vision of the NGO by donating exercise books, biros, rulers, cleaners, uniforms, text books and pencils to help in the education of the young ones at the IDP camps.
