Senator Ben Murray-Bruce has told those calling for the break-up of Nigeria to forget about it, adding that the country is better as one united entity.

He said “Brexit hit the British economy hard. I'm sure they'll recover. But what does it mean for Nigeria? It means we're better as one united nation.”

Groups such as the Niger Delta Avengers and other Biafra agitators have also called on the Federal Government to emulate the British in their just concluded referendum.
