Osun Gov. mourns Keshi's demise

In his reaction, the governor sent his condolence message to the family of the illustrious sportsman who reportedly died after a cardiac arrest on Wednesday, June 8, 2016.

 

The governor tweeted, "The News of the demise of Stephen Keshi has just reached me. It is a sad day for Nigerian football. My prayers are with his family RIPKeshi

The Nigerian sporting community have greeted the sad occurrence with sadness as officials and sportsmen have been pouring in their condolence messages.

The revered football player and coach passed away in the early hours of Wednesday, June 8, 2016 in Benin City, Edo State.
