The three-man panel, sitting in Abuja, ordered the Department of State Service (DSS) to produce Dasuki to stand in defence of the PDP chieftain before a Federal High Court in Abuja.
The panel also ordered the trial judge, Justice Okon Abang, to sign the subpoena filed by Metuh's legal team and indicate the date for Dasuki's appearance.
Justice Abang had dismissed Metuh's initial subpoena application in February for Dasuki to testify in his defence as he stands trial for mismanaging money that came from the office of the former National Security Adviser.
