Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, today, November 9, 2015, 'arrested' a traffic offender in the Ejigbo area of the state.

Ambode had, on Friday, November 6, warned commercial motorcycle operators, aka Okada riders and commercial buses against unruly behaviour.
