Minister takes off shoes at airport as Dele Momodu smiles behind him [PHOTOS]

Transport Minister, Rotimi Amaechi was, yesterday, December 4, 2015, treated like an ordinary Nigerian when he was required to take off his shoes for a routine security check at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport.

Amaechi, who was accompanied by a grinning Dele Momodu, was on his way to South Africa as part of President Muhammadu Buhari’s delegation to the ongoing China-Africa forum when the incident occurred.

Momodu, the publisher of Ovation Magazine, is a staunch supporter of the minister and was one of those who vigorously campaigned for him to be cleared as minister.
