Ex-Minister's health reportedly worsens, turns to T.B Joshua for healing

It was reported that her family have concluded plans to take the ailing ex-minister to Prophet, T.B Joshua of the Synagogue Church of All Nations for healing.

Former Petroleum Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke

Former Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke, is reportedly being prepared to be flown back to Nigeria from the United Kingdom, where she has been receiving treatment for cancer.

According to Daily Post, she asked to be returned to the country to seek spiritual help after her condition deteriorated.

It was reported that her family have concluded plans to take the ailing ex-minister to Prophet T.B Joshua of the Synagogue Church of All Nations for healing.

“They have decided to fly her back into the country this Friday to seek for spiritual help. The condition worsened last weekend and she personally asked the family to return her to the country.

“She has not tasted any solid food since last Monday. She did not speak throughout Thursday. When she eventually spoke Friday morning, she ordered them to return her to the country to visit Prophet T. B Joshua for prayers,” the online news portal quoted Diezani's family source.

Alison-Madueke, who allegedly siphoned billions of naira while she served as Petroleum Minister, has been undergoing treatment in a London hospital shortly after the Goodluck Jonathan administration ended.

She had, in a recent interview with Ovation publisher, Dele Momodu, denied all the corruption allegations levelled against her.

She said, “I actually left $5.6billion in the NLNG alone but no one is talking about it. I’m not seeking to be praised but to be acknowledged that I made some little contributions.

“That money could have been wasted on frivolities but I was determined to keep something for the incoming government once we lost the election.”

However, her family had criticised Momodu for making the conversation with the former minister public. They claimed his visit to their daughter was meant to be private.
