The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has reportedly declared the former Chairman of the Presidential Task team on Pension Matters, Abdulrasheed Maina, wanted over alleged fraud.

Maina is said to have misappropriated funds meant for Nigerian pensioners.

According to Premium Times, the EFCC spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, confirmed the development, adding that the agency has already secured an arrest warrant against Maina.
He noted that the warrant permits the EFCC to arrest the former pension boss “wherever he is in the world”.
