Andela, UBA, Courteville top best companies to work for in Nigeria 2018

United Bank for Africa, Courteville, an I.T Company based in Lagos, Union Bank and Access Bank emerged 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th best companies respectively

Co-foundered by Nigeria's Iyinoluwa Aboyeji, Andela is an American company that specialises in training software developers. The company launched its operation in Lagos, Nigeria in June 2014.

United Bank for Africa, UBA, clinched the second position on the list followed by Courteville, an I.T Company based in Lagos, Union Bank and Access Bank emerged 4th and 5th companies respectively.

Others are MTN Nigeria on the 6th position followed by Guinness Nigeria,KPMG, PWC and Dangote as the 10th best company to company to work for in 2018.

Andela on the 8th position in 2016

IN 2016, the company was in the 8th position of best companies to work for in Nigeria with General Electric, Airtel, Ericsson, Google and Shell on the first five positions.

The Best 100 Companies to Work For in Nigeria is an annual list published by Jobberman. This report ranks companies in Nigeria based on job satisfaction, employee happiness, career growth prospects, work-life balance and other relevant metrics as voted for by employees and career professionals.

According to Jobberman, the major work parameters responsible for the satisfaction ratings were centred primarily on Monthly Salary, Work-life Balance, Career Growth and Advancement, Welfare Benefits and Job Security.

The 4th edition of the ranking considered a total of 2,156 valid respondents, consisting of career professionals and employees across Nigerian owned companies and multinationals.
