This is, no doubt, an incredible accomplishment.
Unfortunately, the Pope mobile is raising some concerns.
According to Ambassador Marciano Paynor Jr., a member of the Papal Visit Central Committee, the Popemobile has been a source of concern for security forces, as it is not bullet proof.
However, Ambassador Paynor Jr, was quick to add that the Popemobile met the requirements of the committee.
"The only requirement (for the Popemobile) was to put a shade on top of his head, in the event that it rains... That's the only protection that the Vatican Security had asked, so that's it."
This new popemobile has been compared to Pope Saint John Paul II's popemobile, which was bulletproof and encased in glass.
Whose popemobile is better?
