According to DailyMail, it has been listed for $12million.

Located on a peninsula on the island of Providenciales, the sprawling estate has 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a two-storey guest house, a a three-bedroom house for staff, dining room, kitchen, covered terrace with a bar, gym/studio, home theatre, a pool, tennis court, tropical gardens, and walking trails.

Other attractions include jaw-dropping views of the Caribbean Sea and two private beaches.

The late singer/songwriter purchased this 10,000 square feet property in 2010.
