Located on the 40th floor of the Bristol Tower in the Brickell district, this 9,000 square feet penthouse is rumored to have made many bestselling singles.

Features include five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a three-storey living room, an elegant staircase, a 360 degree view over the Miami skyline and the Atlantic Ocean, a rooftop terrace with a pool, and a home theatre.

Pharrell bought in 2007 for $12.5 million (N2.48b).

However,reports say that the singer and song writer is selling it for a lower price, $10.9 million (N2.16b).
