All eight speakers for this year's Mums-in-Business conference have been carefully selected and are leaders and innovators within their respective fields.

The contributors are an impressive mix of phenomenal women, reaching across numerous industries like fashion, law, beauty and food, to name a few.

Mrs Adenike Ogunlesi, is the Founder and Chief Responsibility Officer of children's clothing brand, Ruff 'n' Tumble. The entrepreneurial dream started off with a basic necessity - pyjamas for her children.

From a tiny shop with her mother as her main staff, Mrs Ogunlesi turned Ruff 'n' Tumble into an instantly distinguishable brand and is known for being one of the best manufacturers of children's clothing in Nigeria.

Tara Fela- Durotoye, is the CEO of the renowned makeup line - House of Tara. The lawyer turned beauty guru started House of Tara at the age of 20, whilst undergoing her undergraduate degree back in 1998. Today, Tara manages over 3,000 personnel across Nigeria across 14 branches.

She is passionate about her work and is dedicated to building a globally respected beauty company of African origin.

Abimbola Balogun, is the Co-CEO of one of the top health driven companies in Nigeria; So Fresh. Managed and operated alongside her husband, Olagoke, the duo has refuted the belief that a couple 'cannot' work together in harmony. Through strategic planning the So Fresh brand has grown from simply selling vegetables in the market to owning their own flagship store and providing healthy food options to the general mass.

Osayi Alile has over 10 years experience in the non-profit sector. She is the CEO of Aspire Coronation Trust Foundation and served for 8 years as an Executive Director of FATE Foundation, a private sector led not-for-profit organisation in Nigeria.

Osayi is also a consultant on non-profit management and strategy as well as being a Sustainability Expert and Speaker.

Hadiza Nyako Tukur is a successful entrepreneur and finance expert. In 2014, along with her partner, Fatima Waziri Wafailu, they co-founded the first northern Nigerian luxury traditional day spa in Lagos called, The Henna Place. The women's only spa specializes in beauty and skin care treatment using natural products and techniques from the north.

Emem Isong is the founder of film and production company, The Royal Arts Academy. She is a screenwriter, movie producer and director who has several award winning movies to her name. She is popularly known for Yoruba language pictures and continues to be a dominant force in the film and production industry.

Abimbola Akeredolu (SAN) is a partner at law firm, BANWO & IGHODALO. Abimbola is a tenacious and driven lawyer.  She joined the prestigious law firm in 2007. Her firm commitment to serving the best interests of her clients in general and in the course of litigation and negotiation of settlements, is an attribute for which she is regularly celebrated.

Toyin Poju-Oyemade is a creative, passionate, fearless, driven and the beautiful host of a new Television talk show, CHAPTERS. She continues to use the power of the media through her platform to transform the minds of people and to impact society as a whole.

Chinwe Kalu is a self-driven, results-oriented mum-of-five with a can-do attitude driven by excellence. She is a peoples' person, reliable, loyal and accountable and therefore an excellent team player.

Her being keen for new experience has earned her a work profile that spans so many sectors, namely Finance and Banking, Print and Electronic media, Beauty Services, Public Speaking and Training as well as volunteering with Women Issues.

Through her wealth of experience, Chinwe has acquired valuable management skills that come to play in her work life and make her an asset to any organisation.

Pauline Rumm is the Founder/Publisher of Motherhood In-Style Magazine and the Covener of the Mums in Business Fair.

With 7 years of publishing under her belt, Paula has strived to educate women by sharing knowledge and offering platforms from which they can air they concerns, without fear of reproach.  Her unwavering dedication to developing cohesion within the Nigerian Family unit has been exemplary.

With this diverse body of Mumpreneurs, the maiden edition of the Mums In Business conference aims to provide a platform for mums to interact, exhibit, sell, be inspired and acquire the knowledge they need to take their business and family lives to their optimum level.

The entire family will come out to support established and aspiring Mums-in-Business, as they showcase their efforts and products. "Family Fun" will be the theme of the day, with events, games and entertainment laid out to appeal to every single member of the family, from toddlers' right up to grandparents!

With over 8 years' experience in the family and lifestyle sector, Motherhood In-Style Magazine will play a pivotal role in bringing families together to support mums, in a relaxed setting with lots of interaction, fun and energy. So throw on your running shoes, it's family bonding time!
