Lekki Gardens has apologized for the building collapse that has claimed the lives of 35 people and counting.

According to Steve Agbiboa, the company "... regret(s) the loss of lives as a result of this incident and we are making every effort to provide adequate medical care and attention to their next of kin and also the survivors."Please accept our sympathy," the statement read.
The Managing Director, Richard Nyong, has been arrested over this.

Nyong has been ordered to remain in Police custody for 30 days.
