Jenner's new property is a 20th century estate, built in 2015.
This 7,000-square foot property has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a swimming pool, walk-in closet, amazing kitchen, and other luxury amenities.
The 18-year-old's new mansion is in the same neighbourhood, where mom, Kris Jenner, and sister, Kim Kardashian, own homes.
Dailymail reports that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians teenager's old home is already getting orders.
According to TMZ, the Calabasas estate, which Jenner bought for $2.7m in 2015, "should go quickly for just under $3 million."
