Reality TV star, Kylie Jenner has bought a new house for $4.5M, making this her third property.

According to TMZ, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has bought a new property for $4.5M.

Features of the new ranch-style home include four bedrooms, four baths, a pool, jacuzzi, hardwood flooring, stone fireplace, custom closet, high ceilings, 8 feet doors, four-car garage, BBQ center and a fenced vineyard.

Jenner's latest estate was built in 2013 and sits on 5,000-square-feet.

Reports say this property, which is located beside her second place in Hidden Hills, California, will  be used as a workplace for her cosmetics line and  a place, for friends to stay.

The 19-year-old bought her first property in mid-2014, for $2.7M.

DailyMail reports that she has put up this Calabasas mansion for $4M.
