Bola Ahmed Tinubu is revealing his opinion of the current governor of Lagos state, Akinwunmi Ambode.

Speaking at the commission of the Mile 12-Ikorodu BRT Extension and launching of new BRT buses, the national leader of APC described Ambode as a bundle of creativity, intelligence and honesty.

He went on to tell a story of Ambode providing solutions to a financial crisis during his tenure between 1999 and 2007, Ambode was the Accountant General then.

"He () never gave excuses; he was always ready with solutions. He is a bundle of creativity, intelligence and honesty in governance. When we were thinking of whom to succeed as Lagos State Governor, himself never thought about it; we sought him out and I'm proud to be a grandfather."
