Nigerian firm acquires a property firm called Mixta Africa

Asset & Resource Management Company (ARM) is introducing Mixta Africa, a Spanish property firm, into Nigeria.

Asset & Resource Management Company (ARM) is the latest owner of Mixta Africa, a Spanish real estate developer.

Previously, owned by Kingdom Africa Management, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds and others, Mixta has delivered 5,200 affordable housing units.

According to the Chairman/ CEO of Mixta Africa, Deji Alli, this acquisition will provide Nigerians with affordable housing across the country.
