BuildOptions Limited has unveiled new housing projects in Abuja.

They are located in Guzape, Karmo and Jahi districts.

Features include interlocking pavement network, fitted kitchen, water supply system, CCTV camera, street light, standby generator and ample parking space.

At the launching, Alhaji Aliyu Hammadu Abubakar, the chairman revealed that the firm constructed over 100 units in Abuja, and spoke on the company's commitment to building affordable homes.

“What make Build Options houses unique is that the projects are quick to complete, do not compromise standards and are affordable. We are ready to partner with the Federal Housing Authority, Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and other mortgage and financial institutions to provide affordable houses to Nigerians."

Alhaji Abubakar Shehu Abubakar,  Emir of Gombe, who was represented by the president of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS), Alhaji Murtala Aliyu, commended the company for it's efforts in bridging Nigeria's housing deficit of 17 million.
