Wow, Wendy Williams' Net Worth Is All Kinds Of Impressive

On Wendy Williams' 55th birthday, July 18, the self-described "Queen of All Media" stepped out looking like a literal queen in a sky-high tiara. And while it's unknown exactly what sparkly gems the tiara was made of, considering the talk show host is worth an estimated $60 million, per In Touch Weekly , it wouldn't be totally out of the realm of possibility if they were all diamonds.

Wait, Wendy Williams Is Worth How Much?!

Not only is Wendy celebrating with some serious bling, but she's also hosting a super special episode of her daytime talk show The Wendy Williams Show. She's also brought the party by having Watch What Happens Live! host Andy Cohen on her show for the first time in six years, according to a tweet from Andy. (ICYDK, they were beefing because of Wendy's ex, per Hollywood Life , but it's all good now.)

Wendy appears to be all smiles on her bday, but she hasn't had the easiest year so far. In early 2019, she revealed that she was battling a relapse of alcohol and drug addiction and was living in a sober living house . Wendy also divorced her husband, Kevin Hunter, and just this week, shared with fans her lymphedema diagnosis that has been c ausing her legs and ankles to swell .

That's a lot to deal with, but on the plus side, Wendy's got a whole lot of reasons to celebrate60 million, to be exact. That's around how much her net worth is, In Touch Weekly reported. So yeah, makes sense why she dubbed herself "The Queen of All Media." Here's how Wendy Williams made all that moolah:

Wendy graduated from Northeastern University in 1986 with a degree in communications and a minor in journalism. She set out to do radio, landing her first job in the Virgin Islands, where she said she made $3.75 an hour.

After a short stint abroad, she moved back to the U.S. Once in New York City, Wendy started her own show called The Wendy Williams Experience that was a major hit. According to the Washington Post , she was pulling in over 12 million listeners at the time. Later, in November 2009, she was also inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame.

Wendy wrote her first book in 2004, titled Wendys Got the Heat, and has since wrote six(!) more books. Cha-ching!

After 23 years in radio, Wendy transitioned to television. Since then, her show has reached syndication in 53 countries . So, yeah, you can only imagine how much cash she's raking in from all of that...
